Bitnami is a free and open source, cross-platform project, that produces open source installers or software packages or solution stacks for web applications as well as virtual appliances. Bitnami is sponsored by Bitrock, a company founded in 2003 by Daniel Lopez Ridruejo.
Bitnami LAMP Stack consists of Apache HTTP Server, MySQL database, PHP and phpMyAdmin. The bundled frameworks include Zend Framework, Symfony, CodeIgniter, CakePHP, Smarty, Laravel.

3) Appserv
Appserv is a free and open source cross-platform project that provides a full-featured LAMP stack. The objective of Appserv is to make it easy to install and setup a LAMP stack.

4) OPEW
OPEW is a free and open source project, targeted at (x86_64)64-bit GNU/Linux OS. It provides a rich and portable development environment for programming languages.
OPEW consists of the Apache HTTP Server, a full stack of open source DBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQLite3 and Redis) and programming languages PHP, Ruby, Perl, Node.js, Go, Python and Lua. It has phpMyAdmin, phpPgAdmin, phpMoAdmin, phpRedisAdmin and SQLiteManager. Git is also included with some tools for code versioning and review. The package comes with tutorials and is well documented.

Zend Server Free Edition is a cross-platform, production-ready, integrated PHP stack for non-critical applications offered by Zend Technologies. It provides features including Single-click installation, Integrated administration console, Bundled development tools.
Zend Server Free Edition includes Apache HTTP Server, MySQL database and integrated PHP stack for development.
NOTE: Sometimes Zend Server Free Edition is already distributed through your distro’s official repository. So if you are into installing, always check that first.
